hi I'm Natalie I work on our customer success team here at Glassdoor I'm excited to talk to you today about company updates company updates are the ability to engage with new candidates and keep your followers in the know about what's going on at your company by posting updates that show up in a news feed on your enhanced profile as well as go out in an email to all of your followers why our company updates important they allow you to share updates about your company that you would want candidates to be aware of company updates will go out and emails to your followers re-engage in your positive candidates and make any top of mind additionally consistent posting of updates shows the emphasis you place on engaging with your candidates and your employer brand so how do we post these company updates we navigate to the employer center on the backend of the system and then click the tile in the top right hand corner say an employer profile you can then navigate to the tab in the top right labeled company updates from here you can enter the text that you want your company update to say add the URL that the company update will redirect candidates to add a photo to include with your company update additionally if you've purchased more than one localized enhanced profile you can select which country's domain you'd like to post this company update to and then click post additionally you can see all paths company updates you post it and from here you can pin edit or delete a company update by clicking the ellipsis in the top right corner let's talk about best practices when posting company updates post at least one company update per month to show consistent engagement with your glass to our presence the content of these updates is entirely up to you you can post about company news upcoming events awards you may have won or highlight employees of the month or testimonials you can even spotlight hot jobs if you're hoping to get some additional exposure post about anything that you think would be engaging and valuable to relay to your prospective candidates also keep an eye out for updates related to this feature we've recently created one update which gives you the ability to post a company update as a coded 19 related update this will then reflect on your enhanced profile with a special coded 19 indicator thanks for tuning in today I hope you found this video to be informative if you have any additional questions related to this feature or other features you can go to help dot gloss or calm or reach out to your dedicated team thanks have a great day

hi I'm Josh and I work on a customer success team here at Glassdoor and I'm excited to talk to you about the overview section of your profile today the overview section is your opportunity to highlight high-level information about your company to candidates this is the basic information about your company that you want to ensure is accurate for anyone visiting your enhance profile you can edit it either on the front side of the profile by clicking on the pencil making changes and updates and then clicking on the Save button or you can also edit this on the backend in order to get to the backend which is the employer center you can hover over admin tools click on go to employer center or hover over for employers and also click on Odie employer center one seat in the employer center you'll go to your group of tiles and click on the employer profile tile the top section is your basic info such as how many employees you have where your headquarters is located and what industry you're in below that you'll want to verify your CEO is accurate within the company leader section if not you can edit this section but it will flow through to our content team for verification if your company has a variety of locations you can add them in the company location section this will allow candidates to see where you operate domestically and globally lastly you can add any specific industry competitors you'd like at the bottom after making any changes to this page make sure you click on Save Changes before leaving in terms of best practices our main recommendation is to keep the section up to date it's unlikely many of these details will change right so maybe once a quarter or once every six months double check to make sure the information is still accurate we hope you found this video to be informative for any questions or help relate it to this feature or other features you can go to help glassdoor.com or reach out to your dedicated glass 13th
Thanks Royal your participation is very much appreciated
