i'll be telling you how to start an llc in the united states even if you're a non-us resident let's go what is up guys my name is oren and welcome back to my channel if you're excited about this video be sure to give this a big thumbs up right now if you want to learn more about online businesses and all things entrepreneurship make sure to subscribe if you haven't already ecommerce business or not this video can be helpful for any non-us resident who's looking to open an llc in the united states so the first thing you need to understand and decide is where to open an llc there are three states to consider delaware wyoming and nevada these are tax-free states and these are the most common and cost-effective options for setting up your llc especially if you're a non-us resident you can head over to google and check out the tax pricing and fees of these states and do a little bit of your own research if you want so there are two ways to go about it you can register your llc all on your own and then get a registered agent separately a registered agent is a business or an individual who will act as a point of contact they basically receive all your physical mails your credit cards from banks your notices from the irs and different kinds of bank statements etc they are the ones who will be forwarding all these to you and they are the ones who will make sure that you don't miss out on any important government notice and then later get into problem to maintain your registered agent there is a fixed annual fee and that fee depends on the state that you choose the second way to register your llc is to hire a business formation company and do the entire work for you they will charge you a fee for this but they will register your llc for you and do the entire thing for you at the same time they will also give you the registered agent these companies can also help you to get your ein for an additional fee ein is your employer identification number and this is something that you need for sure to operate your business and we will talk about this in a while but whichever way you decide to go you need to have a registered agent so for all my businesses out of these three states i always go for delaware and i always get someone to do it for me if you're new to all of this i do suggest hiring someone to do it for you it will just help you to move uh faster and i will show you exactly how i do it every time for my business so now we are on the delivery inc website and it's also called harvard business services inc and then as you can see they have all these options over here former company now and then all their other services and all these other tabs and then right below you can see the llc price you can see they have directly given the prices for at the llc and the corporation um i guess these two are the most popular ones and then they also have an option for name check and then form the corporation or llc and then on the other side they have given the fee for the registered agent and also says the lowest registered agent fee in the industry and then once you scroll down you can see all these other information related to opening a company or things you might need help with after opening a company such as getting an ein or getting a certified copy of your business and then all these other different things that are here so we can just simply go back up and just go from here form llc and then you'll reach this page and it says create your delivery company in a matter of minutes so all you do is fill up this form and send it to them but i also want to mention that i have seen them having this issue a lot where they say please note deliver is experiencing a major delay in processing we strongly recommend including express processing and then so this really depends on you how much longer you can wait or if you need to get started fast and if you're in a rush i do suggest you take this expedite option because otherwise sometimes it can also take months the fees for the expedited option could be 125 or 150 dollars or something like that i clearly do not remember you need to check for that so all you have to do is fill your name email address and verify your email address and then your mobile number and then choose the kind of company you're going for and then over here you put your company name so your company name will be exactly how you put it here if you would want a capture letters or small letters make sure to put that here correctly and also you do not need to put the llc they will put that for you after you have submitted your name and then you simply save and continue and then and once this is done you will reach the payment page and all you have to do is put in your card details and get through the payment and that's it they will send you an email confirmation of your payment and within four to five days your company will be incorporated and they will send everything to you by email they do not provide a certified copy of your company but if you wish to get one then you can request them for it for example if you need to present it to the bank or something like that and uh you can get that for another additional 150 i believe from them another thing to know is that they do not provide any office address if you want to get one then i would suggest you to get a po box number or maybe a virtual office so there are two things to keep in mind when you incorporate your company to have your company smoothly running one is the annual registered agent fee of fifty dollars that will be uh due on the anniversary month of the formation of your company and the second thing is the annual state franchise tax payment and that is due on june 1st of every year if you don't know what state franchise tax is it is basically a flat fee that you pay to these companies every year to maintain your company because deliver is a tax-free state and you do not have to pay tax and because of that this is a one-time fee that you pay every year to these companies they will be sending you notifications in email closer to the date for the payment so you are ready for the payment i do suggest you to clear all your payments on time otherwise there will be fines if they have not been cleared i am not affiliated with them or anything like that this is just the one that i personally use i'll have a link for all of this in my description box below you can check them out i hear registering in wyoming is great too but i personally have never registered a company in wyoming so you need to do a little bit of your own research for this i have seen a lot of people use the best wyoming to register their company but i do suggest you do your own research for this so after you have registered your llc the next step for you is to apply for your ein ein is your employer identification number this you absolutely need to operate your business and this is basically kind of like your social security number for your business so you can either ask one of these companies to get you an ein for an additional fee or you can choose to get your own i always get my own ein it may seem a little difficult and overw
Thanks katakdaan3 your participation is very much appreciated
