my opponent has made such chaos in one of our counties Nye County where he's they've instituted paper ballots in hand County process alongside our electronic voting systems it's been complete chaos unfortunately fortunately our secretary of state stood up in Nevada who happened to be a Republican and who believes in the future of our society and democracy she's run great elections she said enough is enough and to the stand that we needed to take a stand it's a tough decision to be a leader especially in both elections in Nevada but she's done a phenomenal job conversely your opponent said his Coalition of election deniers are going to quote fix the whole country and president Trump is going to be president again if your opponent wins what does that mean for the state of Nevada well it's not only the state of Nevada it's our entire country Nevada is a Battleground State we are probably the primary Battleground state in the country and to know that our elections are not going to be counted by an individual he's going to predetermine the decision before he knows the will of the voters is extremism and we can't accept it look my opponent's not a serious candidate but they threat he represents is Extreme he knows he can't win these elections unless he changes the rules and that's exactly what he's doing he's changing the rules in real time says go I want to go back to something you were talking about with the hand counting of ballots because I think for those who've not been focusing on Nevada they might lose some of the contacts around that the reason we're talking about that is because of debunked conspiracies about electronic voting machines I want you to talk to us about the dangers the real dangers of conspiracies driving election policy well he went into one of our smoke set we have 17 counties in Nevada you went into one of our smallest which is Nye County there are 31 000 voters there you know he went there lied to them continued to lie to them and he built this trust on a false Foundation but that false Foundation is going to collapse at some point and we're going to be left cleaning up the pieces while our democracy has been hindered and that's unacceptable we cannot have this happen we've got to continue to fight forward move forward to ensure we're running the most secure and strongest elections that we have Nevada has some of the most secure elections in the country and we're going to continue to fight but it's going to take time for us to win back those voters because they've been lied to so much like my opponent by my opponent Democratic candidate for Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar thank you Cisco foreign

hi there I'm going to show you how to start a LLC in Nevada so the following process is really straightforward if you are a domestic entity looking to apply for registration in Nevada then you will be able to apply online if you are a professional domestic entity or a foreign LLC you will need to apply through the mail if you're applying online you will first need to create an online account with the Secretary of State and this is a simple procedure that can be accomplished by clicking on the link here this will take you to our tutorial on that procedure if you're fine through the mail you can disregard this as this is not applicable to you at the moment so the first thing you ought to do is decide on a name for your business each entity in the state must operate under a unique business name that is distinguishable from that of any other entity registered with the Secretary of State so to see what names are available you can perform your business entity search just check the states in the in database to see what names are on file click on this link here to find more information about that so moving along the actual flying procedure begins by clicking on either link here depending on your business type and essentially what you're going to do is if you're filing online you're going to log in with your online account you're going to submit the required filing information and then pay a filing fee with your credit card filing fee will be $75 if you're paying through the mail or sorry filing through the mail you will need to download a PDF application complete the application print it off sign it and then forward it the Secretary of State through the mail when the address is located here and you will need to attach a filing fee in the form of a check or money order made out to the secretary of state or you can pay by credit card by attaching a payment checklist with your filings and that's it for filing really straightforward though there are a couple of things I wanted to mention before signing off that an EIN or employer identification number is a number issued by the IRS and this number should be applied for as soon as acceptance of formation has been received from the Secretary of State and this number will be used or will allow you to legally hire employees apply for loans and form a number of other transactions so click on this link here to look at a tutorial map procedure where you'll be able to apply online or through the mail an operating agreement is not legally required in Nevada though highly recommended as they can greatly strengthen the organizational structure of your business we have provided an agreement template in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats which you can download by clicking on the link here and lastly a renewal must be filed with the Secretary of State on or before the anniversary month of formation and this will allow you to update the state with any changes that may have occurred over the previous year this can be accomplished online though an online account as previously mentioned will be required for this type of type of filing and if you want to access the online filing system you can click here you can also file through the mail by sending a letter to the Secretary of State with the details listed in this link here and this link will take you to the Nevada State Legislature where you can find out more about the required details this type of filing will require a hundred and fifty dollar filing fee and the address for Secretary of State again is listed here that's it for now I hope this helped good luck and take care

Thanks jimmychowderd your participation is very much appreciated
