uh hi steve i wanted to make this short video for you to talk to you about the your domains what i did is i just was curious i typed in the east tennessee helicopters your uh helicopter website url there's a database that's online it showed me here that this is the registration information i can tell even though it's hidden it's under private information that you are using this is registered through godaddy uh the who is regis registration service is called wild west domains and they are that's a reseller of domains for people who don't want to use godaddy for whatever reason but it that is a a reseller of godaddy urls the website domains this is set up and i can see it's being hosted uh on the godaddy servers you can see right here the domain control these are ones i've been with i have i've i was beheading with godaddy i don't know decade maybe longer i'd have to go back through my notes here but at least 10 years and so i know that this is their server information i register all my domains through godaddy because they are the cheapest registration service again they hit it here the registrar's wild west but it is go daddy the issue is is that uh they're not a very good hosting company for many many many reasons uh that you're probably not interested in learning about at this time but the reason why i share that with you is that i also was remembering that sdk uh data the people who are taking care and i can also there's a website online here that shows who's hosting it and so i went here i typed in the url east tennessee helicopters and you can see here then you do a who who is search database it's right here digital.com and then these again these are uh godaddy servers and then that's when i clicked on here the whois record it took me if it's private registration it doesn't then here's your your picture of your website and stuff so uh with that being said what i wanted to show you or explain to you is that um you already have your one or more domains registered through godaddy which is again that's who i use uh what i'd like to do is talk to you about setting up your own godaddy account i'll do that for you if you'd like and that way we can get all your domains uh pointed properly it's in your godaddy account and but i'll be able to handle everything for you from the website perspective so but then there's no concern or question where are your domains who's got them how do you access them they'd all be in your godaddy account so um let's talk about that soon thank you for watching to me to ramble on but i think that would give you good peace of mind and give you some good options going forward so thanks steve and talk to you soon take care bye

hi my name is michael with kiss mydomain.com and I'm just actually making this video to point out to other resellers that there's a mistake or something that I found that I think should be fixed especially if you're a super reseller so I'm gonna go through my account and just kind of show you the mistake I found so if you go to your reseller account basically you're if you're a super reseller and you sell other reseller plans through GoDaddy or wild west domains if you go to your super reseller site like this and you click on basic reseller and then if you go down to the text right here where it says build your product mix and click on this first link right here that says view list once you get to this page there's these text blocks here and if you click on any one of them but I'm just gonna click on domain names if you click on that it opens up this window and basically I already contacted GoDaddy about this and they said basically this is for example so that way you know if customers are interested in starting a reseller plan they can look at this and get an idea of what you know the websites going to look like but if you look at the fab icon that favicon is a favicon for another website which I'm going to show you right now if you click on any of these links like transfer your domain smart search or even right here where it says com takes you to a completely different website which is domains priced right so here's the problem if somebody comes to my website from you know if somebody comes to my website here cuz my domain com then from there they click on become a reseller and then they get forwarded to this page and then let's say they start clicking through this and they click on you know domain names here and then they open up that other window and then all of a sudden they're on domains priced right and just said you know what I don't want to be a reseller but I do want a registered domain name and they register a domain name right here through domains price right I don't get a commission for that because they didn't register on kiss my domain com so that's a problem to me because I'm paying for both services so this reseller my super reseller site should be linked to my regular reseller site so I've already contacted GoDaddy about it are actually the reseller the Wild West domains about it and they sent me an email basically saying there's nothing they can do about it but maybe if enough of us super resellers get together and contact them about this maybe they'll make a change so go ahead and click through your super reseller site do the same steps that I did I'll do it one more time just what you can see so just go to your super resellers site click on basic reseller click on view list this text right here and then click on domain names or any of the other links basically and it'll open up this other window which you can already see the fab icon for domains priced right and actually it actually says domains priced right right here so it is obviously going to a different website and click on com and then you should land on domains priced right which is probably not your company either so I consider this a problem if you see this video and you agree with me and you think that this is wrong please leave comments on my youtube page or if you're doing this on one of my other websites leave comments down below and then also let me know if you contacted GoDaddy as well our wild west domains because this is something that I think needs to be fixed alright thanks for watching once again this is Mike with kiss mydomain.com so if you decide you want to register a domain name or get web hosting or anything please get it through kiss mydomain.com not through the other web site if you decide you want to do a reseller plan you know where to go but yeah let's all get together on this and try to get this problem fixed
