done at the same place which is the secretary of state in the state of which you reside so step three what we'll be covering today is ordering your corporate bylaws record-keeping book now if you are an llc you will be ordering membership certificates in your corporate record-keeping book if you are a corporation a c-corporation you will have stock certificates that you will be ordering okay that's the difference between the two corporation comes with stock certificates llc comes with membership certificates all right so uh let's get into this step it's very simple easy to do and i'll see you on the other side okay so here we are to get this done guys is very simple so easy a child could do it literally of course under your instruction now before you order this stock and seal kit if your corporation or your membership certificates and a seal kit if you are a an llc you want to make sure by this time you should have received your uh articles of an or of organization if you're an llc or articles of incorporation if you are a corporation you should have already gotten them back you should already have your entity number uh which comes on those documents um you should already
