that's a hard question because it just depends on how involved the LLC is going to be simply filing a form with the state you know you might be able to do it for three to five hundred bucks if you want to get an attorney involved it depends on how many people you have and how many moving parts you have because then you want to sit down and you want to hammer out the entire operating agreement and this is going to include you know what happens if somebody gets sick what happens if one partner doesn't pull their weight or 11 member doesn't pull their weight so the cost can start to go up but what I will tell you is I have had many many many clients who paid thousands of dollars in the end when they could have simply spent hundreds of dollars setting up the agreement in the first place you
